Well, I finally did it. After reading so many other blogs, and hearing so many people talk about their blogs, I thought, "what the heck, I'll give it a go". Not exactly sure what I'm doing yet, but seeing as I am an auto-didact, I am picking it up as I go along.
I always have so many random thoughts swirling around in my head, it will be nice to have a place to put them. I hope to amuse, inspire, teach and maybe create activism with my writings. If nothing else, I hope to be able to leave a bit of me behind, whenever the Lord decides to call me home.
While I hope others like what they read, I am really doing this for myself. I think at 40 it's about time I figured out who I am and what I am supposed to do with rest of my life. Sure, I am a mom and a wife, but is that all there is? Maybe by writing down these random thoughts that swirl around my head, I'll be able to figure it all out.
